Sommelier Society of America Core Instructor Germaine Greco
Germaine Greco is an Alumna of CUNY where she majored in Restaurant and Hotel Management. She has been a Teaching Assistant at Windows on the World wine classes, the Banquets Department, and at the International Wine Center. Baker and Chef are among her credentials enjoyed at venues such as Jamie's in Westhampton, NY. She has also been an instructor at Adelphi University for their Natural Foods Cooking Preparation Course. As a wine enthusiast, private caterer and cooking instructor, she has been pivotal in creating some of the Sommelier Society of America's special events. Ms Greco is a frequent traveler throughout the Northeast US, Italy, France and Switzerland, where she considers visits to wineries a must see in her itinerary.
